Fantasy League 11 ("the Game," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing a fair and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or payment on our platform.
1. Refund Policy1.1 Eligibility for RefundsRefunds are generally not provided for any purchases or transactions made within Fantasy League 11. However, exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:
Duplicate payments were made for the same transaction.
Technical errors or glitches resulted in an unsuccessful transaction where funds were deducted but services or in-game currency were not received.
Unauthorised transactions (subject to verification).
1.2 Non-Refundable ItemsThe following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
In-game currency, such as coins or points, once credited to your account.
Entry fees for contests, tournaments, or leagues that have already started.
Special promotional items or bonus packs.
1.3 Process for Requesting a RefundIf you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:
Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@fantasyleague11.com or using the in-app support feature.
Provide the following details:
Your registered account email or username.
Transaction ID or payment reference number.
A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Contest Entry CancellationsYou may cancel your entry into a paid contest before the contest entry deadline. Upon cancellation, the entry fee will be refunded to your in-game wallet.
Cancellations are not allowed after the contest entry deadline or once the contest has started.
2.2 Subscription CancellationsIf you have subscribed to a recurring plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscription settings in your account.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription. The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
2.3 Promotional OffersPromotional entries, bonuses, and discounts are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
3. General TermsAll refund and cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval at the sole discretion of Fantasy League 11.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or credited to your in-game wallet within 7-10 business days.
Fantasy League 11 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and app.
